IBIS Hyderabad Hi Tech city is a great place to stay. Very fresh, bright and vibrant place. Food is excellent here - very tasty, both at restaurant as well as room service. Quite impressed with the service by Mr. Indeesh at the restaurant. Will visit again for sure.

Very unsatisfactory stay. Smells smoke, room cleanliness is a big factor. staff unfriendly. Rate discrepancy, had to check out early I had made reservations for two nights. Director of Guest services had no clue what he is talking and front office agent kept us waiting at the front desk for 40 minutes. Missed our morning session of conference @ Novotel, hyderabad.
